Blake Eyberg, MD

Dr. Eyberg is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in shoulder and elbow surgery as well as hip and knee replacement. He currently practices in Cedar Rapids, Iowa at the Physicians' Clinic of Iowa. He graduated from the University of Iowa Carver College of Medicine and completed residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix, AZ. He then completed a fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery at the Florida Orthopaedic Institute in Tampa, FL under the direction of Dr. Mark Frankle, one of the worlds preeminent experts in shoulder replacement surgery. Dr. Eyberg is board eligible by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
